I recently installed a new computer and am experiencing frequent freezing and stuttering issues. The system freezes briefly between frames, lasting about a minute each time. It seems to occur randomly, without a consistent duration or application usage. Audio remains unaffected during the freezes, playing normally while the rest of the system slows down. I've tried different drivers to rule out CPU or GPU problems, updated the BIOS, performed a clean install of DDU, and even reimaged the system with a fresh Windows 11 setup. The PSU was replaced, but the problem continues. My current specs include a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, an ASRock Taich RX 7900 XTX, a GIGABYTE B650 AORUS ELITE AX ICE 64GB, and Corsair RM1000x.
