Hello, I own a KFA2 4060 Ti with Light, and it’s behaving oddly. It jumps straight to White CPU during EZ debug, then after half a second it goes to White DRAM, but the GPU isn’t outputting anything. I’ve already updated the BIOS to the latest version with a flash back, yet there’s still no signal. The parts are available here: https://geizhals.de/wishlists/3439084

It might be necessary to install a BIOS update. Your device received support for the CPU through an update released in March 2022, approximately two years after its initial release. If this is the situation, you may need a previous CPU model to apply the update before your current one functions. The board was initially designed with compatibility for the 3000 series, so that’s what you should be looking for. I didn’t catch the mention of you updating to the latest version—consider downgrading if needed. BIOS updates aren’t always reliable; recently, a user found a solution to their no-output issue by using an older version.

To confirm the issue is GPU-related, verify whether your CPU includes integrated graphics. Check the documentation for clues about the included graphics card. If it lacks discrete graphics support, connect your display via a port or HDMI cable to the motherboard instead of plugging directly into the GPU.

I observed this later. Have you cleared the CMOS? Checked if the CPU was properly seated? Tested with a single RAM stick? Verified each slot with one stick?

I chose the version that introduced the initial support in March of last year.
