I received it in source format. Please download the .apk file (.dep). The package includes dependencies that must be installed as well. If your device has internet via Wi-Fi, consider using a USB-Wi-Fi adapter to connect your PC.

Save the download as a .deb file and use dpkg to install. Works with any other package you prefer via apt-get. https://pkgs.org/download/gcc

Sure, I can clarify. You mentioned not finding .apk files but seeing .dsc and .tar.xz files instead. Could you explain what you're trying to do with these files?
