I'm working with an Arch-based distribution called Garuda Linux using KDE Desktop. The Battery icon displays a tooltip indicating no batteries available, while power statistics and APCI also report the battery status. Screenshots are included below.

Thanks for the quick response. My device is an HP G5 245 with an AMD A6-7310 processor and Radeon R4 graphics. I discovered a solution and am now using Conky to track the battery level.
