Experienced some odd and bothersome issues with my Asus x513ua Ryzen 5700u 20GB RAM setup running Windows 10 22H2 and Radeon Adrenaline drivers 23.4.1. Games like No Man's Sky run smoothly with CPU temps around 68-70. However, when I attempt to stream YouTube videos, it sometimes crashes after just a few minutes or even up to an hour. After rebooting, the CPU temperature spikes into the 80-90+ range. The blue screen displays during crashes often appear incorrect.

Have you tested it in safe mode? It halts most background activities. I recommend getting it serviced for dust removal and applying thermal paste again—new layers can improve performance. While doing so, ask them to verify that all parts are correctly positioned.

Could be that your graphics card doesn't have enough hardware decoding, causing it to operate via the CPU instead.
