My computer has been experiencing low GPU and CPU usage during gaming, even though temperatures remain within a normal range (45-55°C). It's frustrating because I can't locate a suitable solution. This issue is particularly bothersome since I have a 144Hz monitor and only reach around 130 frames in League of Legends (monitored via RiviaTuner). Demanding games like Escape from Tarkov and benchmark tests are functioning correctly.
I recently upgraded my BIOS to the latest version and reinstalled Windows due to problems with my RAM.
