Here’s a rewritten version of your text, aiming for clarity and conciseness:

“I'm experiencing an issue with the smoothness of my game – specifically, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive – despite consistently achieving 60+ frames per second on my hardware. My goal is to achieve a visual quality similar to a smoothly rendered 1080p60 YouTube video.

My system specs are: Intel Core i7-2600 (non-K) and an NVIDIA GeForce RX 570 4GB. While these components should handle CSGO at high settings, the visuals don't feel as polished as a pre-rendered video like a 1080p60 YouTube clip. The difference is most noticeable on my 60Hz monitor.

I understand that prerendered videos have a consistent frame rate and quality due to being created with fixed frames. My question is: What adjustments can I make within CSGO's settings (or potentially through graphics drivers) to improve the perceived smoothness of the game and bring it closer to the visual fidelity of a 1080p60 video? Specifically, what should I change to reduce any jitter or inconsistency in my gameplay?”

Maybe your graphic drivers are outdated. Install 3DP Chip and see if any driver updates are available.

Here’s a revised version of your text, aiming for clarity and flow:

“I've been researching extensively, but I'm still struggling to find answers. It feels like I'm going around in circles, and it's starting to feel a bit overwhelming. My ability to understand things isn't up to par with my efforts. I'm worried I’m losing it!”

Would you like me to explore alternative phrasing options or perhaps delve deeper into the specific feeling you were trying to convey?

I've tried a few things and i think i've found some answers. For some games (some, not all) turning on Vsync will fix the problem. I did this for destiny 2 and csgo and it looked pretty smooth. other games like siege look smooth without it so just try playing around with resolution and vsync settings
