So, I'm back with some news about my problem. So far I've only tried the most quick and easy option available to me - Install the system on the second ssd (old sata Crucial BX500) and test my main one The results is: my Samsung 980 spikes to 100% after I'm getting to main menu in any game, and after a few seconds the game crashes. Interesting part is after the spike goes away, the ssd stops responding at all and stays at 0% and 0 r/w speeds. The system still sees the ssd in explorer and as a connected device, but it's impossible to read the smart or do a test unless you reboot the pc, after rebooting it works fine again until the game starts. Samsung Magician no longer sees the ssd at all after spike, until I reboot my PC. It's sad that the ssd died after only two years, but there is some good news. I still have three years of warranty on this drive, so I will probably be able to replace it with another one. It had been a kinda long two weeks of diagnostics and trying to fix it, and I hope I'll be able to get a replacement. But still thanks everyone for your responces and help, I really appreciate it! I think I should close this topic since the ssd is not fixed and I assume it won't be fixed but replaced with another one.
