Hey everyone after roughly three months of poor internet, I’ve decided to ask for assistance. Sorry for the shaky writing—I have a learning difficulty called dyslexia. Over time, I’ve been trying to fix my connection by calling the provider and asking for help. They’ve done everything they can but can’t resolve it anymore (just resets and errors). I’ve checked my computer, updated all drivers, reset the connection, and wiped certain files. I’m still unsure if folders or games caused the issue. So far, I use a Vodafone modem with ultra-fiber, which gives me about 30 Mbps download and 12-15 Mbps upload—way below what you’d expect from a wireless link. This connection is very unstable, especially for games and YouTube. I can manage for short periods. There’s only one other person in the house who uses heavy internet for YouTube and social media. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

We offer five channels with two types of devices: phones on the 2.4GHz band and computers on the 5GHz band.

You might want to try a different option. Version 2.4 offers improved coverage.

I'm having trouble because my internet connection on the computer isn't working, which is why the devices on my phone and iPad appear connected, but not the computer. It seems the network access panel shows them as available, yet the computer only shows up at 5GHz.

Make sure your router is strong. Also, set up your wireless AC as a distinct network in the router with a unique name. Some devices have issues switching between networks even if the SSID matches.

We have one as Vodafone, a set of numbers, and another identical one with a -5 at the end. Should I still adjust it?
