I recently got a new PC from work that's no longer needed, and it has an NVIDIA Quadro K2000. I'm checking if it's suitable for gaming and that I'll upgrade it later.

Really, it's better to sell the card and invest the money in a GTX card. Look at used prices to find out its value in your area.
