My PC experienced a Windows temporary profile issue. I brought it to a technician who reinstalled the OS along with a new SSD. The old games stopped functioning properly—severe lag and even the first game wouldn’t open. The machine is seven years old but performed flawlessly before this problem occurred.

It's not a laptop, it's a single desktop. The SSD has 500gb with 400gb available. After wiping everything, I reinstalled Windows and Office because the error persisted and couldn't be resolved. The only remaining files are my game files, which are small—just one game uses about a gigabyte of space. The games were old but functioned well before the wipe; I managed to bypass compatibility issues so they all worked. They even ran smoothly after upgrading to Windows 10. I'm unsure how much RAM was available before the wipe since only certain parts of the PC could be accessed.

Yes he reinstalled Windows and I just activated Office again.
It just feels like something important was missing before, but now it's gone. Before the issues started, the PC had a lot of space—around 30GB free. The games ran smoothly even when other apps were running. There were also many photos and videos stored on the device.
