It means it can handle CS:GO at 1280xXXXX resolution using medium settings and around 75-100 frames per second. This suggests it should work well for many other solid games too.
Well CS:GO isn't exactly the most demanding title graphically, plus 1200x800 is a relatively low resolution, but grahical fidelity does not seem to be a major point for you. I'm not trying to say there's nothing you can play, just that modern games will objectively be tough given the low amount of VRAM on that card and its age. The games I listed were (and still are imo) big titles which I definitely recommend playing. I keep going back to them. Here's a bunch of games I've enjoyed: Slay the Spire , Super Hexagon, Cuphead, Terraria, Super Fancy Pants Adventure, Ys [Edit] also you should quote people if you reply to them, otherwise they won't notice you've replied.

You should be able to run GTA V at 800 x 600 resolution. I tried it on an old gaming laptop from 2014—it might work, but you'll probably need a newer setup. A GTX 1050 and a better CPU would help.
For similar experiences, consider Fallout: New Vegas, Saints Row, or Red Faction Re-Marstered. Those are all open-world titles with lots of shooting options.
