Here’s a rewritten version of the text, focusing on clarity and conciseness:

“I’m experiencing persistent stuttering across various applications – games like Minecraft and Apex Legends are particularly bad, but even YouTube and Photoshop exhibit this issue. The stutter isn’t consistent FPS drops; it's a jarring interruption in gameplay/performance. My CPU consistently maxes out (100% usage with occasional dips to 95%) while my GPU sits at around 60-70%, regardless of whether I lock the frame rate at 60Hz. I’ve exhausted troubleshooting steps, including updating drivers, defragging, running virus scans, verifying game files, optimizing processes, and even experimenting with overclocking/underclocking – all without success. My temperatures are normal, and my PSU isn't causing issues. I recently upgraded my RAM to 16GB at 3200MHz, but the stuttering persists. The problem existed prior to this upgrade. Despite these efforts, I’m unable to pinpoint the cause of this stuttering issue – it’s impacting my college work and a frustrating inability to use my PC effectively.”

Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and conciseness:

My computer is experiencing unusual performance issues while gaming. The CPU temperature fluctuates between 60-70°C depending on the game load, occasionally reaching 95% usage. The GPU temperature ranges from 40°C (with less demanding games like Minecraft) to 60-70°C. I'm consistently using approximately 70% of my 16GB RAM, which includes Discord and high graphics settings. My hard drive reaches 80-90% usage during game loading, spiking to 100%, but settles back down to around 80-90%. I’ve run multiple antivirus scans with no results indicating malware. The computer is approximately 8 months old. I've noticed the HDD consistently utilizes 80-90% while gaming and spikes to 100% during loading, then returns to that range once loaded. Despite this, my PC has been running smoothly for a long time with no issues.

Here’s a revised version of the text, focusing on clarity and conciseness:

“I’m running the same graphics drivers as before, but I've been testing the game to see if it still stutters. So far, it hasn't – which is good news! However, I’ll continue monitoring for any performance issues. It’s possible the previous problem has resolved itself, but I want to confirm that everything is running smoothly.”

It says I have 4096MB of VRAM, also, I tested Apex Legends too and no stutters, even after a while of gaming, I'm pretty sure something was wrong with my drivers, but this should've been solved long ago as I have uninstalled and updated my drivers numerous times, I am going to keep this thread open though as it could happen again and it was just a one off.

I currently have 4352 MB of Virtual Memory dedicated, and malware scans come up with nothing.

That’s great! Let me know if you’d like to explore any more features or functionalities for your device. Would you like me to help you with something specific, such as setting up a new app or adjusting the display settings? Or perhaps you'd like to learn about how to troubleshoot potential issues that might be affecting your performance?
