Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
According to your UBM URL, your motherboard is pending BIOS updates. The next thing to look at is try and use DDU to remove all GPU drivers, then manually reinstall with the latest drivers sourced from Nvidia's support site, in an elevated command, i.e. Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
UBM nor any other app will tell you what the make and model of your PSU is nor it's age. We will need that info, after you look for it in your case/receipt.
won't let me play any games
What games are we talking about here? Where did you source the installer for the game(s)?

You can locate the PSU make and model by checking the product details section, often found on the manufacturer's website or packaging.

Also thank you for your assistance. I'm trying to use play dead by daylight in Valorant, but it's not working. I got them from Steam and Epic.

What are the temperatures in this area? There seems to be some unusual activity with the CPU, and I'm concerned about possible throttling.

Your CPU appears to be overheating. Please check the CPU temperatures. What CPU cooler are you using? Can you share a photo of your system with the side panel removed? (Upload to imgur.com and post the link)
