I have an ASUS gaming laptop equipped with a GTX 1050 2gb VRAM and an Intel core i5-7300HQ. I'm experiencing low frame rates when playing games, forcing windowed mode instead of full screen. For example, Genshin Impact runs at 11-15 fps in fullscreen 1920x1080 with medium settings, but only 60fps in window mode 1680x1050 with medium settings. Are there any solutions to improve this performance?

It was an issue with the video driver and adjustments in the Nvidia control panel settings. All resolved.
