Games crashing to desktop.
Each month previously, whenever I played games, a random freeze lasting one second would occur followed by a crash to the desktop without error messages. Initially, this issue also affected applications such as Google Chrome and Battle.net, occurring even when not playing games.
If it’s W10 build 1903, it has been known to cause crashes here and there (mostly in games). Nvidia has even been able to verify it to some degree. If on 1903, make sure you have the latest cumulative update installed. That stopped my crashes in Gears 5 and Wolfenstein Youngblood. If you’re having random non gaming related crashes though, I would try doing an SFC scan to check for and repair possible corrupt system files. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help...le-checker
Provide complete system specifications, including manufacturer and model of the power supply. Also, provide CPU and GPU temperatures and usage percentages during gameplay. Detail RAM, SSD, and HDD usage. Conduct memory and storage health tests. Perform a malware scan.
