Where did you acquire your Windows ISO file(s)?
If Windows is legit & up to date... and the game is fine (which I assume it is, being Fortnite, we'd probably have heard if it were a widespread issue) that leaves hardware, yes.
I got it from the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool
