It seems like you have the right amount of RAM for that. XMP does function technically, as I can play games for hours without problems when it's enabled. However, I wonder if it might also be the cause of instability and crashes sometimes. I'm not very familiar with XMP, just set the profile in the BIOS and that's about all I know right now.
did we turn off XMP? is it relevant to any particular game or titles? kernel event 141 might relate to GPU issues, often due to heat—keeping the case clean and removing dust from heatsinks could help. are you running overclocked settings? that could also be a factor. have we checked the reliability history? without actual errors, it's hard to diagnose. it doesn't seem to restart normally, just causing crashes in games. i suggest trying this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...-tool.html? if a driver was involved, it might be mentioned. i’ll avoid mentioning the GPU unless you say so. you could remove the GPU and test with IGPU only, though gaming performance might suffer.
-XMP is currently disabled as of yesterday.
-No specific games, it has happened at least once on all of them. Though it seems to be getting much longer before it happens now, which is odd.
-The GPU and PC are brand new so there is no dust at all, the GPU never gets above 66c during gaming. It is not overclocked at all by me, but it is the OC edition, which I assume means it comes with a bit of a factory overclock. That said it's been about 2-3 weeks and I have not seen that Kernel error again yet.
-Yeah checked out reliability history and there is nothing recently in regards to the recent crashes.
-I ran NovaBench last night and on it's first attempt it reset the whole PC just as it got to the GPU testing stage. But then I ran it again twice after that with no issues & the GPU actually performed well above average compared to others the same.
-I ran CineBench for 10 mins with no issues.
I do have the option to RMA the card. Problem is I got it at quite a good price while they had a deal on for it. Now all the cards are back up to high prices and they are all sold out again. So ideally, I'm hoping it's not the card as I would then struggle to get hold of something to replace it with. Unless of course I just wait until the 13th when the new AMD cards are released and see what I could get my hands on.

Update:

i'm not sure, maybe it's not that great. the igpu in the intel cpu isn't impressive. the only option is to test a gpu on another pc.
So today the PC is clearly reaching its limits.
Within 20 minutes, three crashes occurred—desktop jumps, the game (BF:2042) becomes sluggish, then freezes and disappears to the desktop.
While visiting Nvidia GeForce Experience to capture a recording, I encountered a BSOD.
Occasionally, a random black screen appears while using the PC online or elsewhere. This is uncommon, though I’ve noticed it a few times.
Several users who reported similar issues suggested adjusting the XMP voltage. Could this be related?
Here’s the information I found:
Dropbox BSOD MiniDump

During the actual Blue Screen, a large block pixel around the size of a pea was missing.
Please note: I haven’t removed the GPU yet. Everything is still connected.
Also worth noting is that last night I chose to experiment with another XMP Profile. I changed from a setup called Samsung X.M.P. 5600 36-36-36-76-1.250, which is the one it typically runs on, to a new one simply named XMP 1. Both versions look identical in terms of settings. I suspect the XMP 1 might have been responsible for today’s problems, since such crashes are rare. Still, I’m not sure how much difference there really is between the two, as both share the same configuration.
i have a bit of a headache so my ability to help is reduced, i will have to look at this again later. conversion of dump report - click run as fiddle to read File: 120522-6265-01.dmp (Dec 6 2022 - 06:00:42) BugCheck: [ SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3B) ] Probably caused by: ntkrnlmp.exe (Process: Video.UI.exe ) Uptime: 0 Day(s), 12 Hour(s), 19 Min(s), and 22 Sec(s) Process named is victim, not cause Comment: The overclocking driver "RTCore64.sys" was found on your system.
