Games continue to shut down, even in Terraria!
Hey! I recently purchased a new PC with the following specifications. Initially, everything worked well for about a month. I enabled XMP settings and attempted undervolting, which helped for a couple of weeks. After that, I started experiencing lag and occasional crashes. Eventually, I reset everything back to defaults. Although the lag disappeared slightly, games would still crash intermittently. Sometimes I encounter error messages or just freeze completely. Games that keep crashing include Call of Duty (after about 15 minutes), MW3 Warzone, Lethal Company, Tekken 8, Death Stranding, BO4 Zombies, and multiple single-player titles like Death Stranding and Terraria. I also play League of Legends without issues. The crashes are frequent across several titles, making it difficult to enjoy.
I've tried various fixes: adjusting game settings, running them as administrator, using DX11, disabling Full Screen Optimization, testing in Windows 8 compatibility mode, and even performing factory resets. Nothing seems to resolve the problems consistently. I'm reaching out for advice from more experienced users who might have faced similar issues.
