Hello everyone
I wasn’t sure about where or how to share this thread, I’m quite confused.
First of all, here’s what I have:
Amd Ryzen 5 2400g
Asus Rog Strix Gtx 1660 super
Asus Prime B-350 m-e
Geil 2400Mhz (2*8Gb)
Western Digital Green 7200Rpm 1Tb
Raidmax Scorpio 535Watt 80+ Bronze.
This build has been around for about a year, I didn’t run into any problems until yesterday. At first, everything worked perfectly—no lag, no stutter, no audio issues. But after playing games for 10 to 30 minutes, the game would close without any errors. I checked the event viewer, but nothing showed up.
The games I played were running smoothly at ultra settings and 1080p resolution. Now they’re not even on low settings.
I’ve kept everything updated, used TuneUp tools for defragmentation and registry cleanup, and cleaned up unused files. I also monitor temperatures—GPU under 60°C, CPU under 65°C. Windows Power Management is set to Performance mode.
I haven’t installed or removed any hardware or software.
It just happened when I woke up.
What should I do?

Next step would be to detach the GTX 1660 and link your monitor to the built-in graphics. Run your games for a while to check if the problem persists. If it continues, it might point to a software-related issue. Shouldn't cause a crash, then the power supply could be deteriorating. A weak power source doesn't deliver enough power to the CPU/GPU and such problems can arise.

If it continues, it might point to a software-related issue. Should your system remain stable, the likely cause could be a failing power supply, which may not deliver enough power to the CPU or GPU.
