after waiting and praying, my requests were fulfilled. the issue was always about windows, and we never really understood what happened. finally, after a long wait, a delayed Windows update arrived and resolved the problem. we don’t know exactly what it fixed, but it definitely worked. it just adds another reason to dislike Intel CPUs paired with AMD graphics cards.
