I use a dual monitor configuration. My primary screen runs at 100Hz, both Windows and AMD software confirm this. However, when playing games, my FPS jumps to 75 or lower, regardless of in-game adjustments. For instance, in Hades 2, V-sync is off and max FPS is capped at 360, yet it still caps at 75. During startup of Final Fantasy VII REMAKE, the game briefly reaches 100 FPS before dropping. The same problem occurs with Steam VR, making the experience uncomfortable. I've reinstalled drivers via DDU without success. I'm using a 5700XT with the newest drivers, and haven't found any AMD settings that might cause this issue. This has only been noticed recently after playing games at full 100 FPS.

Are there any settings like Radeon Chill enabled, power-saving mode active, or a frame limit set within the game?

I have a dual monitor configuration.
When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to provide detailed system specifications. Please list the details as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model.
BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.

God, I'm really confused. There seems to be a limit set on the rivatuner. I have no clue when or why this happened. I definitely should have noticed sooner. Thanks, friend!
