I've been playing Arma 3 lately and it's been running smoothly at 50-60 FPS, but now it's dropping to just 2 FPS after I reinstalled it. I've tried a factory reset on my PC, which seems to be the only solution that works so far. Any suggestions or ideas would be really helpful!

it is a laptop but i can run the game on ultra high settings perfectly fine (specs below)
4.5 GHz core_i5
8GB DDR4
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti
(im new to pcs and all that but if you need anymore info i can find it but its an acer nitro 5 10th gen)

Ensure the 1650 is set as the display adapter in the control panel. It's likely you're utilizing the iGPU.
