Playing games at around 60fps with your GTX 1080 Ti and i7-7820X setup is impressive. You're already running solid performance across 4K and 1080p, so maintaining similar speeds there suggests good hardware health and efficient cooling.

I've been experimenting with various settings but nothing seems to help. I disabled V-Sync in the NVIDIA control panel, boosted the CPU, and adjusted power limits via MSI Afterburner.
