I’m facing an odd problem with just two Steam titles: Team Fortress 2 and Security Breach. When I start them, the screen turns all black and displays a message saying my PC isn’t responding. The issue only shows up with my discrete GPU, not when using the CPU’s integrated graphics. If I switch to TF2 while connected to my CPU’s GPU, it works perfectly. When I revert back to my discrete GPU, the game appears but I can’t play. It also seems to cause crashes in iCUE. No one else seems to know what’s going on or how to fix it. My CPU is an i7-13700k and the GPU is a 4070Ti.
