You're experiencing unusual stuttering in Modern Warfare despite full system utilization. Your setup includes a Ryzen 7 3700X, 32GB DDR4 RAM, and an 2080 graphics card. Despite optimizing settings and lowering graphics quality, performance remains inconsistent. I've tested various fixes but haven't found a permanent solution. Could you share more details about the specific issues or settings that trigger the stutters?

It seems like a background process, possibly antivirus scanning files while you use it.

Check your resource monitor for RAM details. It will show how much memory is active versus standby usage. To view it, open the task bar and launch the app when it appears.

I regularly look for driver updates and avoid background processes, keeping RAM usage consistent at about 40%.
