Hey there, newcomers! I see you're trying to figure out why your PC keeps restarting unexpectedly during games. Let me break this down for you.

Your setup looks solid: an ASUS PRIME H310 with a strong CPU, decent RAM, and a good GPU. You’ve been monitoring temperatures and have run diagnostics—good job staying on top of it.

From what you’ve shared, the restarts seem to happen without any signs of overheating or GPU issues. The BIOS is outdated, but you’re using the latest drivers and ran a memory check—those are positive steps.

The fact that you’ve tried power supply upgrades and still face the problem suggests the issue might be related to RAM or something else not immediately obvious. Since your RAM is underutilized and you’re not seeing temps spike during restarts, it’s possible the bottleneck is elsewhere.

Could it be that your motherboard or another component is limiting performance? Or maybe there’s a software glitch? I’d appreciate any advice or suggestions you can offer. Thanks for reaching out!

Update the bios. Retry. Verify system stability using MSI Kombustor and OCCT.

It might stem from a damaged or improperly linked power cable to the drive. The drive itself could also be malfunctioning.
