I recently purchased my new computer and it functions perfectly most of the time. However, it has experienced unexpected crashes under certain conditions. This has occurred during gameplay in CS2, as well as in Star Wars: Fallen Order, but only when cutscenes play. The unusual occurrence is that my monitors and input devices shut down completely, yet I still hear some sound briefly. During this time, the GPU fans reach maximum speed until I press the power button off. I suspect the issue might be related to the GPU I bought from eBay or insufficient power supply for the PC specs. The motherboard is MSI PRO B650M-A WiFi ProSeries, with 32GB of Vulkan GDDR5 RAM at 6400 MHz, a Ryzen 5 7600 CPU, and an AMD Stealth cooler. The SSD is a Samsung 980 Pro 1TB, and the PSU is a Kratos M1-750W. The GPU model is a colorful 3070.

It seems the GPU might be the problem. The PSU should be sufficient for it.

Spoiler: The process involves saving some DMP files and updating your post with the results.
Code output from step 4:
```python
# Output from PowerShell script
dmp_files = ["file1.dmp", "file2.dmp"]
```
Make sure to attach this to your original post for best results.
