This game seems incredibly great—it's exactly what I've been wanting for a long time. Unfortunately, I won't have anyone to share it with, but the main point is that I haven't seen a tactical shooter in a while. Or at least I haven't encountered one where players collaborate effectively. I'm not sure about others, but I'm really excited about this title and Battlefield Hardline as well. I don't understand why people keep complaining, but I personally enjoy all these new "cops and robbers" titles that are launching. It's just a game I loved playing as a child, and now two next-gen titles are bringing that style of gameplay! I've been testing the Hardline beta for a few weeks, and it keeps me highly engaged every time I play. The new taser feature is really impressive. What do you think about Siege and Hardline?
I've tried the Beta of Hardline at my neighbor's place and I really enjoy the fresh twist—it's a great change of pace!
Some think it's merely extra content or a cosmetic update for BF4. In truth, though, it's the shift in gameplay that really captures my interest.
I'm with both of you. I'm super excited about Rainbow Six. It's a game I definitely need to own, though you mentioned most people don't really play strategically anymore. I've enjoyed Battlefield Hardline, but it didn't focus on objectives much, so I struggled more than usual. I'm also trying to find more players to join games like BF4 and any fun multiplayer titles—games that feel like MOBA experiences are what I'm after. Playing solo all the time is getting old for me.
Rainbow Six is going to dominate, the excitement will take over me :3
