Gameplay experienced significant FPS reductions unexpectedly.
There wasn't much change overall. I've been using my PC for about eight months without any problems, but recently I notice significant FPS drops every 1 to 3 seconds—going from 144 to 1 and back up again. Normally I can run many background applications smoothly, but closing them doesn’t improve performance.
I’ve played Apex Legends and Metro Exodus (both regular and enchanted versions) and consistently experience similar performance issues. I have the latest drivers installed. In Apex Legends, temperatures stay around 50°C, while on Metro they can rise quite high due to its demanding nature; switching between low and ultra settings doesn’t help with FPS.

Samsung 512 GB SSD
Seagate 2 TB HDD
Completed three scans so far with no results. SSD remains at approximately 70 Gt. The GPU is already in the lobby, fluctuating between 1-100% in both games, while the CPU performs consistently but less often.
