In the past month, my PC has experienced sudden crashes mainly while playing games. It doesn’t shut down completely; I can still hear audio and chat with friends on Discord for about a minute. My two monitors freeze entirely during these episodes. After the crash, I hear a USB disconnection sound before needing to restart. I’ve tried reinstalling drives using DDU, resetting hardware and PC settings, booting from Linux, and even stressing with OCCT tests covering CPU, RAM, memory, 3D adaptive, VRAM under load. Nothing changed. Temperatures look normal. Sometimes after a restart, Windows fails to recognize my GPU, requiring an update via Device Manager. Occasionally, Windows crashes when I run intensive tasks afterward. The only game that doesn’t crash is Fortnite (played in performance or ultra mode).
