In certain games I struggle to maintain 60 frames per second, so I usually cap it at 30fps. Should I enable motion blur or skip it?

It's mainly a matter of personal taste. I'm not sure about you, but sometimes enabling motion blur can actually lower FPS even more. I don't like motion blur, but it really depends on the situation.

Do you like the 30 FPS setting? Motion blur bothers me, so I keep it off.

Tell me your processor and graphics details, and I'll check the games for you. Motion blur isn't a priority for me.

You're unable to do so. But employees could potentially take it away for you.
