GamePad
GamePad
This device is designed for FPS gaming, yet it offers a comfortable grip. It closely resembles an Xbox 360 controller, but with improvements like a rubber-matte surface and additional bottom buttons.
I've been searching for a reliable, affordable controller for some time. The options available seem limited—often the d-pad is tied to the analog stick through the circuit board, the analog sticks themselves are lacking quality, and digital sticks claim to be analog but don't deliver. Even when games try to recognize them, it just isn't worth the effort. You'll end up with more frustration than satisfaction, making it hard to justify spending on an Xbox controller that works smoothly. I have two controllers nearby, each used for about an hour before giving up after configuration fails. Trying to set them up with tools like XPadder or similar apps doesn’t improve the experience at all. Overall, it doesn't seem worth it in my view.
I own a Sabertooth for titles such as Assassin's Creed, Batman Arkham series, and various racing games. I still rely on mouse and keyboard for FPS.
