About seven or six months ago, all my games began stuttering about a week after overclocking. I've attempted nearly every solution to resolve the issue.

What model of CPU cooler do you have and what temperatures are they at? Also, was you referring to an i7 4790k?

What is your CPU cooler and what temperatures are they at? Are you referring to the i7 4790K? The temps are between 60 to 71 degrees, and the cooler was included with my PC.

You cannot increase the speed of a CPU that is already locked. This i7 4790 model is secured.

You can't increase the speed of a CPU that's already locked. The i7 4790 is set to a fixed speed. I only adjusted the GPU, not the CPU. Sorry for the unclear explanation.

You can't speed up a CPU that's already locked. This i7 4790 is set to a fixed speed. I only overclocked the GPU, not the CPU, sorry for not being clearer. And even after resetting it back to normal settings, your games still lag?

You can't increase the speed of a CPU that's already locked. The i7 4790 is set to a fixed performance level. I tried overclocking the GPU instead, but it didn't help. Your games still lag even after resetting the CPU to default settings? That's strange, especially since you just got a new GPU.
