I own an RX 470 4GB and haven’t faced this problem before. I downloaded the game to test if it would work once released, but it’s happening now. I’m using the newest drivers as of this post—clean install from the AMD installer. I’m trying to figure out how far I can push the game with these settings. The video I recorded is what I shared to illustrate the issue. meh.mp4

This tool is known to be pretty garbage and hopefully not a good representation of how the game will actually play. It also doesn't really give you any helpful information. Wait for the game to come out and look for real benchmarks.

I checked it myself and no one else seems to have the same problem. It probably has something to do with me.

I resolved my issue—it was the AMD driver 18.2 causing the problem. I updated it to 16.9 and it functions perfectly, no thanks needed. Fixed my own issue!
