He’s experiencing issues only when launching certain games like Rocket League, OW, or Dota 2. He’s fine with the main menu but crashes during gameplay. He’s already updated the graphics drivers, which didn’t resolve the problem. His system specs are i5-7400 8Gb DDR4 at 2133Mhz, 1060 6Gb VRAM, 500W power, and he’s seeing error codes RL: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED and OW: RENDERING DEVICE HAS BEEN LOST. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Check the old GPU drivers first, then reinstall them. Also, remove DirectX, after that reinstall. DXGI in RL stands for "DirectX Graphics Interface."
