On Monday morning it worked properly and on Tuesday I launched it and it crashed to the desktop. I've tried opening command prompts, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but there are no errors and it keeps happening.

The actual storage location typically contains a crash file for viewing errors. Are you curious about Steam or Battle.net?

Please verify the installation directory. If it crashes, a dump file should contain details about the crash time and location.
