I'm experiencing stability issues with CS:GO when pushing over 120-140fps. I disabled VSync and switched power settings to maximum performance. My system specs are a single 8GB RAM, i3-8350K @4.8GHz, and GTX 1060 @1807MHz.

Adjust all parameters to minimal levels, enable multi-threaded mode via settings, reduce display clarity slightly by moving background apps closer, which can help free up memory.
