Greetings, over the past two weeks, I’ve experienced freezing issues while playing PUBG. This typically occurs during one-on-one battles, solo exploration on the map, or even when positioned inside structures, where it freezes for approximately five seconds. During these pauses, my CPU reaches 100% utilization while my GPU drops to zero—I'm monitoring this with MSI Afterburner. This problem occasionally recurs on a single map, and my system specifications are: an Intel i7-7700 processor, a GTX 1070 Ti graphics card, 16GB of 3000MHz RAM, a Samsung M2 SSD (250 GB), Windows 10 Pro, and I’m playing at a resolution of 2560x1440. My drivers are up-to-date, and I have a 40ms ping with no packet loss. Interestingly, I don't encounter these freezes when playing single-player games like Metro Exodus at the highest settings. I’m unsure what to do to resolve this issue.

Monitor processor temperature while playing.
Run a malware scan on your computer.
What is the remaining capacity of the solid-state drive?

Sixty gigabytes of storage are available on the solid-state drive, the processor temperature is between 60 and 70 degrees Celsius, and I did not perform a malware scan.
