Game play experiences frequently suffer from inconsistent performance delays.
My computer functioned perfectly with all my games, experiencing no issues whatsoever. I grew restless and chose to download a free game from Steam. The download took an extended period, culminating in a lengthy finalization phase of approximately eight hours. I became too weary to manually initiate the eight-hour process and instead chose to halt it entirely. I pressed the "x" button (or perhaps a “close” option), and that concluded the download. Immediately after attempting to play Fortnite, I encountered severe lag issues – often only one frame per minute or less. Initially, I disregarded this but became concerned when I attempted to play CS:GO and experienced similar lag spikes. Can anyone explain what occurred and suggest a solution?
