I don't have a preferred codec, but I use H.264 for efficiency and compatibility.

This process typically employs HEVC and doesn't show any noticeable variation. Both rely on the GPU for processing.

Hevc offers superior quality while h.264 provides lower latency, which is why I prefer h.264 despite hevc freezing for me.

I thought H.264 offered better performance with higher quality and lower processing needs, while H.ECM was more demanding but provided smoother playback. My tests didn’t show any noticeable change in latency or quality.

It's really confusing how high settings cause such slow performance and affect your computer's speed.

In the virtual desktop, the stats overlay works as expected. The delay seems to come from either encoding or networking issues. I’m not experiencing any problems, even with my GTX 1050 laptop running at high settings. It might be related to a setting in the virtual desktop options for boosting the clock rate, which significantly improved performance for me.

There seems to be an issue with your connection speed, especially at medium settings.

Incorporate boost clock speeds as well.
