I have experienced this issue for approximately four months and have been unable to resolve it due to uncertainty regarding appropriate troubleshooting steps.
Specifically, when playing games such as Deep Rock Galactic or FiveM, the FPS counter displays 60-100 frames per second, while visual performance is significantly degraded, appearing as low as 12 FPS. Switching to another application via alt tab immediately improves visual clarity.
My current workaround involves accessing Radeon Settings > Display and toggling a setting that causes monitor flicker, which temporarily resolves the issue for affected games. However, this method is not consistently effective across all titles. I require a permanent solution.
What is the PSU make and model? What is the CPU and GPU temperature and usage during gameplay?
