Your PC seems to struggle with performance, especially during intense gaming sessions. The GPU might be limited by its 1070 GTX capabilities, and the i7-870 processor could also be a factor. Check for bottlenecks in your system and consider upgrading components if needed.

It seems the CPU is showing clear signs of trouble. This model has been running for about nine years.

It appears the processor is struggling. Consider relying more on DX12 and upgrading the CPU to eliminate the lag.

You're looking at a first-gen i7 paired with an older GPU. Boosting the CPU would require a different motherboard, likely a DDR3 slot, and you'll need a DDR4 RAM upgrade. The GPU might also need a corresponding update.

Choose between pushing your CPU to its maximum speed or simply improving its hardware.

Which titles are you playing? Your system is still working with an i7-870, but it's fine as long as it runs at least 3.2GHz.
