Hello Guys,
I hope everyone is doing well,
Your thoughts are really important to me,
I understand that many of you are passionate about gaming (really beating a few games in a month).
As you're aware, 2019 is coming to an end.
That's why I wanted to ask for your opinions on the GOTY.
Which game do you think deserves the title?
Looking forward to your responses,
Ayush

I noticed the nominee list a few weeks back and understood I haven't played any games from 2019. The nearest titles would be Smash Ultimate, which was actually on the list, but I'm unsure if I'd be able to cast a vote.

Personally, I enjoy Truck Simulator. It's a game I can play while listening to a podcast and just unwind. I'm completely immersed in my own space, avoiding all outside interruptions. I've already spent 263 hours, and I only have a few months left.

In the year 1800, I secured it for a historic low of $24.00 during the Cyber Monday sales by applying a 20% discount with a 100 UUse credit code and have been hooked ever after.

Relax, buddy,
it’s not the final chapter.
You can keep going.

This year's GOTY really stands up. RE2 and Sekiro are top-notch titles. But if I had to choose one singleplayer game that really caught my attention, it would be Metro Exodus. Jedi Fallen Order is also decent. I haven’t played Control and Outer Worlds yet, but they look promising too.

By general reports, Death Stranding offers a solid atmosphere and story, though the gameplay feels lacking. Personally, I’d say Metro Exodus is the most impressive for me, followed by Age of Wonders: Planetfall, then Mortal Kombat 11 in third place. The biggest letdowns were RAGE2 and Far Cry postapocalypse.

If you haven't tried it yet with a VR headset and pedals, start shopping. This trio is designed to be used together.

No game deserves it. It was a disappointing year.
Other years would see the finalists as merely "good." Like Jedi Fallen Order, it was decent but not remarkable. It wasn't God of War, Spider-Man, Red Dead, Horizon, or anything like that.
It was a year of mediocrity and corporate thinking, with games sticking to formulas from better titles before, plus a bit of "Im a genius" nonsense from Kojima.
In reality, this might be the worst year in gaming this decade.
Let's see what 2020 brings!
