I purchased this new PC from Best Buy about three weeks ago. I bought the latest version of Modern Warfare 2, but after installation I’ve faced problems playing it. Whenever I try to launch it, it loads for only half a second before crashing and restarting. I attempted to update the NVidia driver, but even with the newest version, the issue persists whether I upgrade or downgrade it. I suspect the problem might be with my PC itself rather than the game. It also crashes during Fortnite matches, but the game launches fine. I’m really confused and would appreciate some guidance.

It comes with a guarantee, so don’t try to fix it yourself. Likely it’s overheating—bring it to Best Buy for a refund or replacement.
