I've managed to launch Modern Warfare several times, but each time my performance drops to 30 frames and the game crashes. I've saved it on both SSD and HDD, yet it still doesn't function properly. I created new Blizzard accounts and installed only Warzone, but the problem remains. I tried adjusting settings, reinstalling Blizzard, and checking files—everything I could think of. When it works, I get around 300 FPS. I'm using an i9 10900k and a 2080 Super. If anyone has any tips or fixes for this issue, please share. This isn't happening with any other game I've played.

No, I don't prompt for safe mode. It doesn't affect anything.

Consider inspecting C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\Battle.net\Logs for recent files. Also, clarify your game launch method—desktop shortcut, Blizzard launcher, or Start menu.
