It appears to occur only with VATSIM Radar. GPU usage drops to 0% while CPU usage goes low, starting around 60%. Loads range from 80 to 100, but no thermal throttling is observed—GPU stays under 67 and CPU under 57. The game seems unresponsive, with input detection essentially absent. It recovers within about 3 seconds or up to 30 seconds. I ran it on a 5060 Ti and 9600x; unsure if the drops are causing the freeze or just part of it.
