Game Max Argb Hub issue – front panel light malfunction. Urgent assistance required!
Hello, I just purchased this PC case and am facing issues with setting up my Game Max Abyss TR gaming front RGB infinity display. The front RGB strip is solid red, and the transitions between red and green aren't changing in a circular motion. I've tried downloading MSI Dragon Center and using Mystic Lights, but they don't connect. The hub is a GMX Rainbow version 1.62-01. I have some photos of the setup and manual available, but the front panel's ARGB LEDs aren't responding. The power buttons on the side of the RGB front panel are also malfunctioning. The display remains stuck in one color and can't change patterns.
A button should exist to switch the ARGB setting; they often reuse the reset button for this. To link it with Mystic Light, you typically double-click or hold the button long.
