My computer suddenly goes black and then cuts the screen to my monitor. It has an integrated GPU from a Ryzen 5 3400G. I reduced its RAM from 2GB to just 64MB to prevent crashes. The machine has been working fine for about two years until yesterday. I haven’t changed any settings, and I reset Windows and BIOS completely. Can you help? My details are: CPU – Ryzen 5 3400G, GPU – built-in, RAM – unknown, 8GB DDR4 at 3000MHz, PCU – unknown, 450W power, 500GB SSD. I’ve tried everything: full restart, BIOS update, AMD Adrenalin, Windows update, and checking the SSD with CrystalDiskInfo (report shows 84% health). CPU temps are around 30°C when idle and up to 50°C under load. Any advice on fixing this?

It depends on your system—some computers power off automatically when the screen goes dark, while others require you to turn it off manually.
