Hello. Your new monitor seems to have some problems. On certain games like Star Wars Battlefront 1, you're unable to launch them and the screen goes black. Your other monitor is working normally. Someone please assist with this issue.

Did you select the same type of connector for this new monitor? Are you verifying the port it uses? Is it clear which full-screen app is sending its signal to it? Have you looked at your GPU drivers or software to see if they recognize the monitor? These steps might help resolve the issue.

The same connector is being used, I've tested various drivers but nothing helped, and the monitor functions properly except for a few games.
